We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

• 14 days: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your purchase date (or delivery date for online orders).

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

• Store credit or exchange only: we do not offer cash or card refunds.

• Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

In-Store Returns

Online Returns

To start a return, email us at returns.thedressingroomonmain@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Mail your item to the address above within 14 days.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't be responsible for lost return packages.

• Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

• You'll receive an email confirmation once your store credit or exchange has been issued.
